Great but FRAGILE

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I have used this product for a year and loved it, but today it fell off my vanity and the plates fell out!!! I don't know what to do because I can't live without my flat iron!
Best Flat Iron I ever owned

I actually purchased this flat iron from a booth in the mall! Yes! The sales rep stopped my daughter and I and demonstrated the tool on her hair. I was amazed because I have owned other flat irons but none of them gave my daughter that kind of result.

This is the best flat iron I have ever owned and I use it on my hair and my 11 year old daughter. I don't need to add oil or a moisturizer before I use it and our hair is shiny and sleek. I absolutely love this styling tool!
