Are there any exclusion's to the warranty?

Simple Answer, Yes. The Manufacturers Warranty does not cover abuse or accidents loss or theft.

  • Abuse, tampering, false repair, damage from dropping or to parts which in our judgment are not defective
  • Products sold by unauthorized sellers
  • This warranty does not cover broken ceramic plates

We do offer a VIP Extended Warranty, details here, which will cover your iron for life no matter what goes wrong.
