Help with Coupons

Using our online coupons is a simple as 1-2-3.

There are a couple important points when it comes to using our coupons in our online store.

  • Coupons are asigned and activated in our system up to 48 hours after you have purchased your coupon. The main reason for this is we do not even recieve your special coupon code for at least 24 hours after you do. If you want to check on the status of your coupon you can contact us through our email or you can call us and we will be more then happy to help. Please allow at least 24 hours for your coupon codes to make it into our system.
  • All packages and bundles must be added to the cart through the special link you received when you purchased your coupon. If you add products from the standard online catalog, your coupon may not work as expected.
  • Coupon codes are made up of Numbers, Letters and Dashes. When you enter a coupon include any dashes. Do not include the Number Symbol "#" in your coupon codes.
  • You can only use one coupon per order. Unfortunitly you can not combine coupons or packages in the same order.
  • Mobile devices and browsers some times have a hard time proccessing orders on our site, if you find you are not able to complete an order with your mobile phone or device, please try again with a PC. Any PC should be fine.
  • All orders are proccessed and shipped with 24 hours, we ship everything via Fedex, except internation orders.
