All orders placed using a coupon, voucher or promotions are non refundable and non exchangeable.Coupons have no cash value and are not interchangeable, i.e. you may not use a coupon that is for a flat iron toward a blow-dryer.If you receive an item that is defective you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. If you receive the item with broken or damaged plates you have 7 days to notify us.

If you placed an order at full price you may exchange the item for equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt. If the product is used and was not received by you in defective condition a restocking fee may apply.If you placed an order at full price you may return the item for a refund at your expense within 30 days of receipt. If the product is used and was not received by you in defective condition (to be determined by us) and/or is in a non sellable state, a restocking fee may also apply.

After 30 days you will pay the regular fees.

Manufactures Warranty:

NuMe Styling tools are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and are tested for reliability. However, in the rare event of defects NuMe offers a limited manufacturer's warranty with valid purchase, registration and a money order of $29.99* for the shipping and handling fees. All warranties are handled through www.numeonline.com and our customer service portal not at any retail locations.

Warranty Information

NuMe styling tools and products are made with state of the art equipments and only the finest materials are chosen. All Irons are not the same, infact it's not what's on the outside that counts. We use only top shelf components in our irons.

We stive to produce the perfect styling tools, that will serve you well and withstand the test of time. Just as important to us is our customer's satifaction, and to ensure you are satisfied with your NuMe styling tools we provide a standard manufacturers warranty on all our styling tools and products. In addition to this we offer our extended warranty and protection plan, the VIP Extended Warranty.

This warranty does not apply to irons showing abuse, tampering, false repair, or to parts that are not defective as judged by us. This warranty does not cover broken or loose plates.

Replacements with plate issues will be an additional $30.00.* Unless you have a VIP Life Time Warranty.

Purchases made through an outside vender:

All purchases made through an outside vender must be registered through us to make the warranty active. You must have a valid proof of purchase i.e. receipt, and must be purchased through a authorized vender for the warranty to be valid.If your item does not meet these requirements you may not be approved for a replacement.

Upgrades:

If you are interested in up grading your Styling tool you can do so by sending your tool to us along with the appropriate fee.
